From when I first started buying my tobacco I haven't had a bad experience..2 weeks ago I order 1kg everything was fine till it got to mornington in Hobart tas and has apparently been sitting there for nearly two weeks. I've been in touch with Aus post no answer and I've lost count of how many emails messages I've sent to sender and no response..I just wanted a simple question answered..I can't afford to loose $350 or the tobacco..I just need the sender to track it and follow up with Australia post as to were it is..I ordered 2x 250g on Monday will get tomorrow..I'm so lost how one can get through but not the other..had no problem before getting 1kg.😪
I've had a good experience since I started purchasing my tobacco. However, two weeks ago I ordered 1kg, and it seems to have been stuck in transit for nearly two weeks. Losing $350 or my tobacco is a lot for me. I need the sender to track it and follow up with the postal service regarding its location. I ordered 2x 250g on Monday, which will arrive tomorrow. I'm confused about how one order could get through, but not the other. Previously, I had no issues with my 1kg order.
I placed my order and received a confirmation email, then transferred the payment. While waiting for my package, I got an email stating my order was canceled and that my payment would be refunded. It has now been two weeks with no refund. I've sent multiple emails with no response. This feels like just another scam site.
This is a scam! They took my order and my money without providing a receipt, order number, or any email confirmation. The only response I got when asking for my order details was through a questionable messaging app, where I was treated poorly. I tried calling back on the same number multiple times with no response.
