They misrepresented the postage service on their website, sending it via a different courier. I was charged for re-delivery after they attempted delivery only during work hours. Ultimately, it was sent via a slower service after I paid for a faster one. I also have concerns about my card details being used again for unauthorized purchases. However, there was a helpful representative who genuinely wanted to assist me, so credit to him.
