Ultimately, it was sent via a slower service after I paid for a faster one. I also have concerns about my card details being used again for unauthorized purchases. However, there was a helpful representative who genuinely wanted to assist me, so credit to him.
Avoid purchasing from here; they sent me the wrong item and falsely accused me of keeping the ash catcher after I returned it. I requested a refund on Saturday, and now it's Thursday, and I'm still trying to resolve this. It's a complete joke and very untrustworthy.
