I was a bit dubious about making my order as new to the site and it having been so visible lately on Facebook a good few other sites are scammers. I did some research and placed my order. I had my order confirmation which said there may be a delay due to popularity of the foundation. Then waited and it seemed longer than indicated in the email. Panicking a bit I emailed the company to say no delivery! They day after the foundation, which by the way is fantastic and does exactly what is claimed, arrived. That afternoon I had a lovely email from Mary, customer support saying it was dispatched and to check safe places and neighbours but if nothing is found contact her. I immediately write to her to say it had infect turned up an hour or two after I sent my email and apologised. In return Mary sent another lovely email to say she was pleased but any issues to get in touch with her. Such a great representative for the company, which is not always the case these days with some companies who once they have your money don’t care about after care. So a big shout out for Mary!
