The ordering process was easy. The tracking process was easy. The SMOOCHE original lip plumper was beyond my expectations. I've tried many other lip plumper which basically did nothing. I have a chubby face and small lips. This lip plumper made my lips noticeable in a subtle way which is what I was looking for
This is my 3rd trust pilot review on Smooche for the same order -259998. I am setting out the order number here to test if I get another trust pilot email after this saying the Smooche request for additional details which I have already dutifully given twice. Genrev is the latest from Smooche to contact me after my trust pilot review to discuss how to resolve things and asked in the same email for me to change my trust pilot review even before things are resolved. To which I replied, simply send me my order and give me details when it will get to me. No surprise, Genrev went silent. I have had contact from Chloe, Mary and Genrev now and all 3 of them skirted away from my simple query regarding status of my order and Mary and Genrev both asked for good review when they haven't even shown that my order will be fulfilled. I have checked the tracking link and to date, there are no details.
This feels like a scam to me.
My first experience with Smooche. I received my order yesterday and I must say, the extreme plumper is hot as fire! 😳 I bet I will love the regular plumper! I have a couple items left to try but I can say already, Smooche products are quality. And just as they promise. The icing on the cake was my experience with Jessa in Customer Support. She was so helpful, professional and prompt! Dealing with her was an absolute treat!!
I love this stuff!!! I wish I would have gotten the color gloss instead of clear. I have really bad granny lips, on a normal day. Not any more. I may be 63 years old but according to my husband, I don't look like it.

Significantly unprofessional. Honestly never seen anything like it.
I placed an order and paid for it, as you do. Upon chasing up the company as I didn’t get a dispatch email I am advised that one of the products have been sold out. I then express I would like the rest of the order to be shipped and for the out of stock item to be either be shipped at a later time or to be refunded. No response.
I then receive an email on Thursday last week to advise that my order has been dispatched. I have since, for the last five days, been trying to track the order. The link states that my order has yet to be fulfilled. And of course, I get no response for days.
I have never experienced anything like it.
Company lied in communications saying products were sent when they were not. They eventually stopped responding. Unable to track products via their emails. Will never purchase anything from this company again!
Products are mediocre at best. Plumper did nothing but sting.
I made an error when I was ordering my buy one get one free, and omitted to add it to my basket, so only received one.....Jessa sorted it out for me immediately. Best customer service ever. Thank you.
Never received my order from January 19 2026. I have been in touch with Jessa from customer service. She told me on February 7 that the package had already been shipped with a tracking number which just says a label was created but has not been shipped yet. I’ve wrote again because status is the same for days and no reply. I am afraid I won’t recieve it.
Regarding my order # 249061: I have been corresponding with GENREV, who has been most helpful and accommodating. I think that there was a computer 'glitch' and my BOGO did not go through. When I questioned GENREV, she went above and beyond to find out what happened and ended up sending me the 2nd serum for the $4.00 cost of the shipping.
