Significantly unprofessional. Honestly never seen anything like it.
I placed an order and paid for it, as you do. Upon chasing up the company as I didn’t get a dispatch email I am advised that one of the products have been sold out. I then express I would like the rest of the order to be shipped and for the out of stock item to be either be shipped at a later time or to be refunded. No response.
I then receive an email on Thursday last week to advise that my order has been dispatched. I have since, for the last five days, been trying to track the order. The link states that my order has yet to be fulfilled. And of course, I get no response for days.
I have never experienced anything like it.
