When calling this company I was sceptical- as it was all new to me - trying to find a company I could trust - but from the moment I spoke to Charles he put me at ease and I felt comfortable. Charles talked me through what to expect etc and then I was passed on to Ben O’Brien - I agreed to let Smoothsale purchase my mums house. Ben put the wheels in motion in December - unfortunately we encountered a few hiccups, mainly my end, and then with the Christmas holidays it was delayed through no fault of Smoothsale - Ben worked so hard to accommodate any hurdles encountered with professionalism and courtesy, he either called or emailed me almost daily to keep me in the loop. Right from the start Ben assured me the sale would go through and he was right, he listened and was genuinely invested in the getting the right outcome keeping me updated on every step - he worked his socks off to achieve the sale albeit a complicated one!! Smoothsale exceeded my expectations- the whole team - Mackenzie was lovely and helpful when Ben was on the phone and kept me updated. Jack participated in the sale throughout and ensured a ‘smooth sale’. I couldn’t be more grateful - what a team - it cost me nothing to use them, they covered all expenses from start to finish, solicitors surveyors everything - highly recommended - I would definitely use them again in the future 5* service for everything!
