All of the team, Fil and Sophie in particular took the stress out of selling the house, made it an easy process, with plenty of support and always answered my calls. Sophie was an absolute god send, driving the whole chain forwards for me. I would highly recommend Smooth sale and the team.
Brilliant staff. I bought a flat through SmoothSale and as many people do, I got tangled up with lots of unnecessary red tape that the lawyers on both sides were trying to create. The SmoothSale team were amazing at helping to navigate through the problems as they arrived, opening up channels of communication and powering on towards a completion date. A huge well done. Highly recommended.

Luckily. I had Sophie to help me through out the sale and the move into my new home If it was not for Sophie. I think the whole thing would have gone wrong. I have no qualms recommending this business no anyone. They’re quick, fair and great at what they do in my opinion. I was really impressed by their non nonsense approach. You know you have a lot of these agents that sell you the moon and stars but can’t back it up. It’s just all talk. I didn’t find that with this company. I was very amazed how quickly they could handle things.
