AVOID THIS SITE IF YOU PLAY SLOTS!!! This evening is had several winnings which were nit added to my balance (I have screenshots to support). All the winning amounts were only between 20p-£1.50 however it happened several times within a hour. I contacted customer services and requested a full statement for that hour as the only history you can access shows the amount stated and winnings (no balance as a statement should). The customer service is appauling and a real concern. I will be posting my acreenshots to warn others about the issue and more importantly if you have a issue what you will face contacting customer service. They dont care at all & do not understand - even when you put it in simplest way? Either way I've been left with no opinion but to recall my deposits to smooth spins via my bank which I will happily return once I am in receipt of a the statement and my complaint is a dealt with accordingly because as it stands to not credit winnings onto balance several times inbetween other small winnings is theft.
