Here’s an update on my last review. After posting it, I received an email with an excuse asking me to remove my review for a refund, along with a new tracking number that was supposed to be active from November 28th, but it never worked. I emailed again and got another date of December 20th. I have no hope that tracking will work then either. This company makes excuses for not delivering the remaining two shirts. I’ve requested a refund now since I’m tired of the delays, but I’ve received no response. I was looking forward to the other two shirts, as mentioned in my original review, because they were high quality. The customer service is severely lacking.
