I placed an order in early October, a birthday present from my husband. Tracking number provided doesn't load. I have emailed 3 times for update with nil response and still haven't received my order.
This company appears to be fraudulent.
I placed an order for a retro shirt on the 6th of August 2025 as a present for my Dad. It is now the 1st of March 2026 and I still have not received it. I constantly send emails asking for either a refund or the shirt and I am told that it’s on the way. I have been completely left in the dark it’s an absolute joke. Would not recommend

I have been battling for a refund to which they have ignored and every now and again I have “there is an updated note, this issue has now been resolved”.
It’s never resolved. I just want my money back.
I strongly recommend everyone to read these reviews and refrain from ordering anything from them! It appears that many others have fallen victim to a scam, as the tracking numbers provided are ineffective. They send two different tracking links; one is completely non-functional, while the other fails to load. Numerous customers have reported that the tracking number cannot be found. I've attempted to reach out to the support team three times, but they have not responded. Please steer clear of this service! I've reported this to my bank as a fraudulent site, and unfortunately, I've lost £41.00, which I wish I had considered before.
I ordered a shirt from the company in April 2025. It never arrived, and my request for a refund went unanswered. They claimed there were issues with the postal system and staff illnesses, assuring me that my order would eventually arrive. Despite sending multiple emails, I only received automatic acknowledgments, with no further responses. In October 2025, after posting a review on a feedback platform, they suddenly reached out, insisting I remove my review for assistance. I complied, but here we are in January 2026, and I'm still waiting for my order or a refund. I've lost £40, and while I don’t feel outright scammed, I do feel ignored. This is hardly a trustworthy company to engage with.
Complete fraud, I ordered a shirt in July and it’s now December 19th with no updates. I followed up and was told there was an issue with the postal service due to incorrect symbols on the package causing a backlog, but I was assured it would arrive in 7-10 days. That was over a month ago, and tracking is unavailable. Clearly a scam, steer clear!

Here’s an update on my last review. After posting it, I received an email with an excuse asking me to remove my review for a refund, along with a new tracking number that was supposed to be active from November 28th, but it never worked. I emailed again and got another date of December 20th. I have no hope that tracking will work then either. This company makes excuses for not delivering the remaining two shirts. I’ve requested a refund now since I’m tired of the delays, but I’ve received no response. I was looking forward to the other two shirts, as mentioned in my original review, because they were high quality. The customer service is severely lacking.
Waiting four months for delivery is completely unacceptable, and I keep getting the same response about updates that never happen. Replies to my inquiries are extremely slow. I’ve requested to cancel my order and get my money back, but that hasn’t happened either. I feel the company hasn’t tried hard enough to keep me informed, as I always have to follow up. The shirt was a gift, and like me, the recipient is disappointed.
