Completely dreadful. I initially ordered three shirts, but only two arrived. I was promised the third would follow, but it never did. The two I received are really good, by the way. Based on their assurances about the missing shirt, I ordered two more in May. I removed my last review when they promised all would be well if I did so, but two deadlines have passed, and there are still no updates from the postal service.
