Purchase at your peril

I ordered 2 jerseys on 11th February 2025 at the cost of £72.18. On the 16th May 2025 my order arrived but unfortunately they had sent the wrong jersey (an order I had previously made the year before).I was asked to send this jersey on to an address in England (which I sent registered at my own expense) while they sorted out my correct order.On 2nd June 2025 I received a new tracking number for the correct jerseys and was told to check on July 2nd. As my last order took 3 months to arrive I wasn't expecting any update till at least September anyway. As expected no update on tracking, I check every so often and still nothing. I received a reply for my original email on 2nd September saying that they would look into it and get back to me when they hear anything. I emailed again at the start of October and was offered the same reply. I emailed again at the beginning of November and received no reply. I then emailed again on 19th November explaining that I'm not looking for a refund, just the 2 shirts that I have paid for way back in February. I also said that If I didn't receive a reply that I would be leaving a review on here to go along with the string of other bad reviews they seem to be having this month.So this is where we are at.
