I placed an order for a shirt in late September and 14 weeks later it has not arrived and it looks like it never will. I have reached out to customer service close to ten times and every time they tell me to check my tracking number in a few days. But at no point has there been any information about the package.Customer service keeps telling me they're doing everything they can, but at no point have I been offered an explanation, a refund, or a replacement shirt (in case the shirt was actually sent and was lost somewhere along the way).So, unless the shirt suddenly miraculously shows up I would recommend never ordering from this site as I currently feel cheated out of my money and completely mislead by customer service.Update: I finally receive my shirt on January 16th (almost four months after I had placed my order), but not before an additional €25 had been added at customs.If I'm being fair I was offered both a partial and full refund for the shirt, because of the delay. But as the refund was contingient on the removal of this review I opted not to accept it seeing as it is the only reason they actually started paying attention to my missing order in the first place.
