In December 2024 I ordered two Sunderland shirts , I received one of those shirts four months later . I emailed them to point out that I had ordered two and received a polite reply that this was because of shipping policies? and that I would be given a new tracking number and to expect the other shirt in the mail. Today is the seventh of June 2025 and I've just received the second shirt in the mail, only it's a Liverpool shirt ! There's a lesson here , don't order shirts from this company .An update : I was promised a full refund and a shirt of my choice by SM Retro and asked to remove the review. Today is the 30th of August 2025 and so far no refund and no shirt .Again , read the negative reviews before pulling the trigger . I've given up .
