They claimed there were issues with the postal system and staff illnesses, assuring me that my order would eventually arrive. Despite sending multiple emails, I only received automatic acknowledgments, with no further responses. In October 2025, after posting a review on a feedback platform, they suddenly reached out, insisting I remove my review for assistance. I complied, but here we are in January 2026, and I'm still waiting for my order or a refund. I've lost £40, and while I don’t feel outright scammed, I do feel ignored. This is hardly a trustworthy company to engage with.
