I bought a product from SMRT Algo thinking it was from LuxAlgo — they make their website and ads look very similar on purpose to confuse people. Once I realized my mistake, I immediately asked for a refund since I never even used the product. They completely ignored my request and never responded.This company is not serious or trustworthy. Be careful — they just copy LuxAlgo’s products and try to mislead customers.
