I believe this broker is a scam, but every time I try to withdraw, the site becomes inoperable and automatically deducts money from my account without sending me a confirmation email. It took them three days to notify me that the problem had been resolved, but I still don't see any withdrawals in the dashboard and must wait for them to fix it again. I was helped with several other victims, I had given up hope of ever receiving my money back. This method culminated in the successful return of my money. Based on my experience, I strongly advise prospective investors to exercise great caution and undertake extensive due research.

Totally not Worth buying this at the price point that they are offering. Its just like any other indicator. A little talent is needed to make this kind of indicator using AI tools. Better to invest the same amount to buy prop firm challenges and try that way.I have taken this lifetime subscription but not useful and now Im regretting.If them claim the indicator to be very good then they should starting giving a 7 days trail period with charging a small amount. I bought a product from SMRT Algo thinking it was from LuxAlgo — they make their website and ads look very similar on purpose to confuse people. Once I realized my mistake, I immediately asked for a refund since I never even used the product. They completely ignored my request and never responded.This company is not serious or trustworthy. Be careful — they just copy LuxAlgo’s products and try to mislead customers.
I have been trading my small account which i have grown from 500 usd to 3500 usd. Upon seeing this stuff i got exiceted to add this indicator and immediately purchased monthly subscription. Initially got excited to seen buy and sell signals and completely trusted it and set aside my own analysis and jumped into trading realising that it shifts its signals from buy to sell and sell to buy immediately especially on 1min time frame, unaware of that and its market hype i got tripped and lost my all 3500 usd in two days. I dont blame someone else for my loss but what i feel is that one has to use their own multitime frame analysis and take trades only if indicator signals aligns with your signals.Caution for new traders who doesnt know price action, you risk losing everything.i also see signals are somewhat better on higher time frames, but one should wait for retracement till it reaches or almost reaches signals stop loss and then enter trades.developers should take into account retracements before giuving buy sell signals.

However, I discovered that the Toolkit was not available on a monthly payment plan, despite my interest in this option. Which prompted me to ask SMRT Algo AI chatbot if a monthly plan existed for the Smart Money Toolkit, it incorrectly confirmed a $87/month plan as part of the SMRT Algo Indicator Suite subscription. This misinformation led me to believe the Toolkit was accessible monthly, which was not the case, resulting in a clear case of mis-selling. When I reached out to the customer service team to clarify, they showed a lack of interest and failed to acknowledge or address my concerns. Additionally, the Discord channel, which I hoped would provide community support, was largely inactive with little to no engagement. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, as the combination of misleading AI responses, unhelpful customer service, and a dormant community has eroded my trust in SMRT Algo. I would caution others to verify all details before making purchasing decisions with this company.
