I was excited about purchasing the Smart Money Toolkit after reviewing the three options listed on SMRT Algo’s website. However, I discovered that the Toolkit was not available on a monthly payment plan, despite my interest in this option. Which prompted me to ask SMRT Algo AI chatbot if a monthly plan existed for the Smart Money Toolkit, it incorrectly confirmed a $87/month plan as part of the SMRT Algo Indicator Suite subscription. This misinformation led me to believe the Toolkit was accessible monthly, which was not the case, resulting in a clear case of mis-selling. When I reached out to the customer service team to clarify, they showed a lack of interest and failed to acknowledge or address my concerns. Additionally, the Discord channel, which I hoped would provide community support, was largely inactive with little to no engagement. This experience has been frustrating and disappointing, as the combination of misleading AI responses, unhelpful customer service, and a dormant community has eroded my trust in SMRT Algo. I would caution others to verify all details before making purchasing decisions with this company.
