I was asked for a transaction ID and a wallet photo, but they claimed nothing was sent via email. Now, a different wallet address appears when I try to top up. I provided the correct wallet address and transaction ID, and another platform indicated they could trace the funds. The representative I interacted with was rude and unhelpful.
