Took my funds. The service is extremely poor and the support team is rude. I transferred $100 worth of cryptocurrency into my account. They requested the transaction ID and a wallet photo, but claimed nothing was sent via email. Now, a different wallet address appears when I try to top up. Despite providing the correct wallet address and transaction ID, another platform indicated they should be able to trace the funds easily. The representative I dealt with was very unhelpful and disrespectful.

Regretting my purchase after not checking the reviews first. My funds were not deposited into my account. When I contacted support, they said they would reach out to the finance department, but I received no response for 6 days. Upon following up, I was told I needed to deposit 50% of the original amount to get a refund.
UPDATE (in response to the company): The company responded publicly, directing me to contact support again. This highlights my issue: I reached out to support 4 DAYS ago and was completely ignored, which is why I wrote this review. Accessing support is very difficult. The main "Contact Support" button on the website is malfunctioning. I had to search the site to find an email to send my request. As per their request, I sent another email referencing this conversation. I expect a prompt reply and a resolution this time, not another 4-day wait.--- (Original review below) ---I strongly advise against using this service. I deposited €7.50 to purchase a number for verification. The service failed completely; I bought a number, but the required SMS never arrived. The number was useless. I attempted to "refund" it in the system, which only returned the money to my site balance. Their website states: "To withdraw funds... please write to the technical support team." I did that THREE DAYS ago and have received no communication since then. Not even an acknowledgment of my request. Their policy states the "withdrawal process can take up to 7 days," which I would understand if they had acknowledged my request. However, it seems that 7-day timer hasn't started because their support team is ignoring me. The service failed, and now my money is being held by a non-responsive support team. This is unacceptable. Avoid them.
