They claim they lack systems to verify subscription needs unless alerted by their accounts team. This is alarming, as it puts clients at risk of oversubscription without checks. When I spoke to the account team, they said they had called me regarding my subscriptions, but the caller left no contact details or context. When I returned the call, no one knew what it was about. Either their systems are faulty or their statement is misleading. Additionally, they mentioned my technical support request is still under review, over seven weeks after I contacted them. I raised another ticket with sales on the same day, which also remains unanswered. They claim not to want to appear as if they are ripping off customers, yet they have provided no proof that my business even ordered these subscriptions. Rather than addressing my concerns, they directed me to a number I've already called, which was unhelpful. Overall, it seems they are more focused on acquiring new customers than on taking care of existing ones.
