I wish i could give them fewer stars. Email down. The tech guy could fix it with a phone call but instead is waiting for a message from their supplier, even after i told him i spoke to their supplier myself and told him what to do. No email for half a day and counting. Customers getting bounce backs. Also, a few years ago, i cancelled my email with them but it was a week before the renewal date, and not a month (as in their contract), and they insisted i pay for the entire year even though the year hadn't started yet. Got into a long dispute and they got legal. Can't wait to get away from them.
