SMTP2GO, a small New Zealand-based company, had outstanding reviews on TrustPilot, which encouraged me to give them a chance. I have no regrets; those high ratings are well-earned.As a smaller company, they were flexible enough to make adjustments to their API and bounce processes based on my feedback, which is impressive.Their 24/7 customer service is responsive and technically adept. For more complex issues, they sometimes need to consult with their core development team in New Zealand, which might require an overnight wait due to the time difference.There were occasional network slowdowns in the past that were a bit frustrating, but those issues seem to have been resolved. I appreciate their transparency about system status, as they keep me informed of even the most minor hiccups.Most importantly, as SMTP2GO has grown, they haven't become less-responsive. That's unusual these days, as companies tend to get bigger and look to be more ultra-profitable. SMTP2GO has not weakened it's customer service at all in these five years.
