I would give zero stars if possible. I ordered the Jedi master crate and so disappointed with the items. The items received were not to the quality in the items shown on the advert. A sticker book for kids and 2 mini Lego figures… my toddler would be overjoyed with them, not a collector! The other items were a handful of stickers, 2 photos, a canvas tote bag, a hat and a pair of socks. It’s not worth the cost of the crate and honestly the items are completely naff. I tried to message them to say how disappointed I was and they blocked me which speaks volumes about the way they conduct their business… Give the customers a box of crap with no way to get in touch with them. They are not concerned with customer service at all, truly appalling
Doesn't even deserve one star, paid close to £40 for a masters box which is 8 to 12 items. I did recieve that but honestly didn't seem worth my money can't return or be refunded even though ild happily return due to my un-satisfaction. I did research and items totaled over price but I got items that weren't best ( pair of socks, 2 lego figures, some stickers, passport cover, cheaply made tote bag, 2 at prints and a figure from battlefront) it's not worth it you won't recieve the amazing things they have photos of it seems the site misleads you to believe you'll get amazing items instead of what ild call gag gifts or I forgot to get your a present items.
I purchased a premium mystery box for Father’s Day. The products are appalling, cheap and unlicensed (the only good item was the Funko pop). The packaging is poor to say the least with a customer service to match! I’ve emailed and had no reply - messaged on Facebook to be blocked. Please shop elsewhere and warn others of this poor company. **Update - had a reply to my email finally and they asked me to take down the review and they then may consider to refund me, despite me being willing to return the items. If they had have accepted my return for a refund without the bribe then I would have amended my review to reflect that they did finally resolve the issue. The only good thing I can say is the delivery was quick. I would hate anyone else to have to deal with these people. They don’t deal with anyones problems Please avoid and read other reviews on here with the same issues.
Hi,Have had several issues with delivery of my 1st crate .Ordered as a gift for my nephews birthday.Should of been address to him and delivered ot his home address.Was addressed to me and delivered to my home address.Upon opening the box , am really disappointed with contents and now want to return said box and obtain a refund.No reply to my email .However have had to unsubscribe to their mailing service to stop these messages coming through.Defiantly a lucky dip to how you are served and what you receive.Good Luck !
