Review Time
This is such a great idea for my 11 year old who is obsessed with star wars. He loves the different items that each box provides and is so excited to receive the next one.Each box is filled with quality items which are fantastic value for money.
I can't fault the ease of use of the website (to place the order and cancel my subscriptions), nor the delivery times. However, the contents of both crates I ordered are extremely poor. I bought them on sale, and I still feel ripped off. I'm used to buying similar priced, if not cheaper, loot crates and getting hats, t-shirts, bags, and other substantial items worth more than the price paid. However, both crates were filled with poor quality items, including stickers, pens, and creased A5 'posters'. There was the odd figure and mug which were decent, but nowhere near worth the value paid, let alone RRP. There was no padding within either box, so the notepad and pop figure boxes were crushed during transit.
I bought the collectors edition, absolutely awful condition items.1 decent thing and the rest were £2 items.100% not advise you pay what they want for these. Absolutely disgusting false advertisement.6 of my 14 items were crap stickers. The one decent thing I got was a funko pop but came damaged
First time orderer… and was very distraught to see my £60 had brought me 5 tiny stickers. A broken mug, creased picture and other various pieces of random parts. Not at all what i imagined from other reviews and r videos i have seen online. I have tried to get in touch with customer services several times and all my communications have gone unanswered. So i take to the internet to wade off anyone else from getting scammed.
don't buy anything there guys. they failed to put my address onto the label correctly, which ended in my package being sent back to them. I wrote them an email asking for a refund because obviously I didn't get my stuff and they literally replied with saying that they can't give me a refund because it's my responsibility to ensure the address is correct. I hope PayPal can get me my money back because this is honestly just so disrespectful
Received my box today.. Collectors edition they said. 10+ items they said. Premium items they said. €120+ they said. I got worthless items, the 10+ were 3 little stickers. There was a 10 euro Funko pop, a pop pin for next to nothing. A ruler, a canvas bag, a car scent hanger, a keychain, off brand Lego, a tiny print, a figurine that costs barely 10 euros and a notepad (and 3 stickers for the + items) I feel absolutely ripped off. This box costs 95 a month with the first for 75 (plus shipping and import) Absolutely ridiculous! This is not even worth 50 euros.
Only subbed for 2 months and straight away I got a repeat item, a badge that's clearly misprinted and very generic, a pencil case and a set of rubbers for a 5yr old, a purse for a female, the worse reusable carrier bag and I paid £70 for this! Not worth your money felt no joy opening this crate
