My primary complaint is that I had to pay for returns on a mail order brand where you are out of luck if the socks don’t fit. It cost me $14 dollars for the cheapest shipping. So I paid them to try their brand. I opted for a return and not an exchange. I’ve switched to Vim&Vigr who does offer free returns.
My wife, Reeves and I have made several attempts to contact you, but unfortunately, we haven't received a response. We would like to inquire about ankle high socks that were purchased in one of my orders, which might have been the most recent one, as we tried to contact you at that time without success. We understand that you have a busy schedule, but we believe that responding to customer inquiries is crucial, as every customer contributes to your business. Thank you. As you can see they don't even respond to complaints or good reviews
Great customer service, great product. The size I got initially were too small around part of my leg, they helped me figure out the best size for me and even sent me a pair to try our for free before I did a full exchange. Now I have great compression stockings and my legs don't ache at the end of my shifts.Shout out to Lauren and Brenda, the two that helped me!
