I ordered a toy for my daughter's birthday online for convenience due to my mobility issues. The parcel arrived today, but instead of the toy I ordered, they sent a different one that my daughter dislikes. I reached out to them, and they provided a long list of steps to rectify their error. With her birthday next week, I can't afford to reorder, and the return/refund process will take too long. I'm heartbroken. Just come and take back the wrong item and deliver what I ordered.
