I was disappointed by the indifference shown by a staff member and the manager during my visit a couple of weeks ago while looking for a sensory toy for my son, who has additional needs. I overheard them making comments about me as I left, which was disheartening. I chose not to confront them as it might have upset my son. A staff member at the counter was apologetic, but I can't help but think of other exhausted parents who might face similar treatment. I won’t be returning to that location.
