I had a disappointing experience ordering a building set for my son. It showed as available for pickup at the local store, so I left work early to collect it, but it wasn't there. The staff showed little concern; they took my contact information but never reached out. Quite unprofessional.

I was disappointed by the indifference shown by a staff member and the manager during my visit a couple of weeks ago while looking for a sensory toy for my son, who has additional needs. I overheard them making comments about me as I left, which was disheartening. I chose not to confront them as it might have upset my son. A staff member at the counter was apologetic, but I can't help but think of other exhausted parents who might face similar treatment. I won’t be returning to that location.
I had a fantastic experience at the Tralee location thanks to a staff member who was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Her customer service skills were top-notch. I also appreciated the kind gentleman at checkout who offered assistance with my purchase.
