Just tried to sign up for 3 gift subscriptions. I ran into a lot of technical errors in the sign up process and now only 1 subscription is appearing in my account. I don't have confidence that these will actually be delivered, so I attempted to cancel, but there's no chat, no phone number, just an email address which is bouncing emails back because they're over their email quota with their hosting provider. So I have no way to contact them. You can see from their replies to reviews here that they're intentionally preventing unhappy customers from canceling orders, even when nothing has been shipped yet. Looks like I'll have no choice but to dispute the transaction.
