Ordered an expensive box on Dec 12 (6 days ago). No word from them about updates. Chat on the website is down. Phone number is disconnected. Their emails are bouncing back. Almost feels like a full on scam at this point. No way to contact them, but still able to purchase items. Their Facebook page has users seeing the same thing from orders not even being shipped from over a month ago. Something is going on. If it's a busy holiday season issue (please just give a notice of that and make us aware of delays). Getting a bunch of eBlasts from them marketing candy and boxes they don't seem to plan on shipping. Feels wrong.
