I initiated a subscription on October 5th. It’s now November 30th, and I haven’t received anything. The shipping indicates that the October box was stuck in Germany for a week, and now it’s been another week in France. The November box hasn’t been shipped either. I also made the mistake of ordering an additional box, which hasn’t been sent out. They are quick to take your payment. I did receive the advent calendar boxes, which actually arrived, but my disappointment with the missing subscriptions casts a shadow over that.
