A great way to get to taste candies, snacks and drinks from around the world, every month a great selection of tasteful things, to a good price, which includes postage, if delivery was faster, I would give 5 stars

Bad selection. The total value of the snack is about half of the price. The customer service tell me

Bad selection. The total value of the snack is about half of the price. The customer service tell me that I cannot cancel my subscription so now I have to continue paying for overpriced snack monthly.
Your account page is under maintenance for 3 days already, which are around the paying time for the next box so I cannot even edit my subscription or find a way to cancel. If the webpage isn't fixed in 2 more days, I 100% believe that THEY ARE SCAM.

Regret Starting This Subscription

I'm really frustrated with myself for subscribing, as the products are just average. After multiple attempts to cancel my annual subscription, the support team is not allowing me to do so before the year concludes. Currently, I'm trying to resolve this through my bank, but I wish I had checked the reviews beforehand, as many others seem to be facing the same problem.

Subscription Delays and Disappointment

I began a subscription on 5th October, and as of 30th November, I have yet to receive anything. The shipping status indicates that the October box was stuck in Germany for an entire week, and now it's been another week in France. The November box hasn't even shipped. I also mistakenly ordered an additional box, which has not been sent either. They are quick to charge your card. I did receive the advent calendar boxes, which actually arrived, and I plan to start opening them tomorrow. However, my excitement is overshadowed by the disappointment regarding the missing subscriptions.

Subscriptions are missing

I initiated a subscription on October 5th. It’s now November 30th, and I haven’t received anything. The shipping indicates that the October box was stuck in Germany for a week, and now it’s been another week in France. The November box hasn’t been shipped either. Beware of these offers!

Beware of these offers! They lure you in with promises of a free gift to encourage you to place an order, but then claim the gift is out of stock and will only send it if you purchase the next box, and it continues like this! It feels like a scheme to get you to buy multiple boxes. Even after successfully canceling my subscription, they still charged my card and refused to issue a refund!

The snacks are satisfactory, but the Labubu was not authentic. It was still adorable and well-crafted, yet it was a replica.

Can't cancel after signing up

I signed up but realized it’s not worth the expense. I tried to log into my account, but I can’t. I’ve requested a password reset multiple times with no response! I emailed them, but still nothing! I set up my payment with a debit card, so I can't just cancel that way! Very disappointing customer service.

Poor customer support

Customer support is lacking. The snacks are subpar and not worth the price. I can't access my account to cancel, and I haven’t received an email to reset my password. Overall, it’s been a frustrating experience. Save your time and money and consider other options.

Avoid subscriptions!

Avoid subscriptions! I subscribed for three months. I paid on October 28th, and as of today, November 18th, I have yet to receive the snack box.
