Subscription Delays and Disappointment

I began a subscription on 5th October, and as of 30th November, I have yet to receive anything. The shipping status indicates that the October box was stuck in Germany for an entire week, and now it's been another week in France. The November box hasn't even shipped. I also mistakenly ordered an additional box, which has not been sent either. They are quick to charge your card. I did receive the advent calendar boxes, which actually arrived, and I plan to start opening them tomorrow. However, my excitement is overshadowed by the disappointment regarding the missing subscriptions.
