The experience of getting the boxes and the surprises each month was wonderful. I bought a subscription as a bday present for my partner and he loved it. The packaging is wonderful, and the snacks are great.
The only reason for cancelling was the boxes were stacking up and we needed to get through them. Unlike other reviews, the cancellation was easy enough, I emailed my cancellation request and was given a phone number, but it was dealt with quickly.
My only real criticism of the company is the 8 months of boxes we received were entirely from eastern Europe. It would be much more exciting if they threw in further afield countries every couple of months, as it appears on the website. That being said, the concept is brilliant and they do it well. I do recommend snackverse.
