The snacks in the minibox are always good quality and condition when they arrive. As a family we look forward to the arrival of the box and share the items. The only negative about it, is that it takes so long from payment to delivery. I would recommend snackverse to anyone struggling to think of a gift or even just as a monthly family treat.

Me and my partner absolutely love these boxes, I've had them for a year now and never had the same box. There isn't a Box ive had yet that I haven't not been happy with they are amazing. And the help you get from the team is amazing if you have any problems 😊

Excellent idea and my children love receiving the box and have enjoyed most of the snacks! Delivery is fine - in the first month, depending on when you subscribe, you do need to wait a little as the boxes are shipped at the end of each month but that is clearly set out on the website. We received 10 full size snacks and a booklet that explains what each snack is and also gives other info about the country. We love it!

This is an extremely shady business, the button to cancel your subscription on their site doesn't work and tells you to call them, for some this is not a possibility (disability, etc.), so when you email them they deliberately wait until after payment has been taken to get back to you and even then they STILL won't cancel. I have repeatedly expressed that I did not consent to any further payment being taken and yet they keep doing so, I am now having to go through a lengthy process with my bank to get this sorted out. Some people have even had to cancel their cards because of this behaviour.

Please report this company to Trading Standards, what they are doing is illegal and extremely scummy.

It’s super interesting getting snacks from different countries every month, there is a good variation of snacks, always arrives on time, the only slight disappointment being country’s like Japan are used in advertising but there’s never been a Japanese box of you look through social media - this would be amazing to see more Asian countries being used as well as European - either way it’s a great way to explore new snacks

Honestly its worth every penny spent Been using Snackverse for over a year now. Ive absolutely love receiving the premium box each month. Try new things im picky tbh but this lest me try new things and i Honestlylike it alot there a variety of snacks so theres sonething for everyone to enjoy. If you havent already, give Snackverse a try, you wont be disappointed. And their customer service team are pretty awesome to they will get back to u as fast as they can

This is SUCH a genius idea for gifts for those who are hard to buy but who LOVE snacks. Bought this for my bonus boy and he has adored getting it each month. I meant to get the 3 month subscription but accidentally bought the monthly one. Not a prob as just thought I'd cancel. The only thing that took away a 5 star review was the hoops to jump through to cancel. Two clicks on the website and then you need to call to make triply sure you do want to cancel. That said, the CX on the phone was brilliant. The lady I spoke with was wonderful, and this product was loved so much we will definitely be buying another 3 month subs for the little one's birthday later this year.

Snacks chosen are very rogue and more often than not more than half the box is uneaten, decided to cancel my subscription through the website which they didn’t acknowledge and took payment and sent the next box. I then emailed them to tell them I’d previously cancelled and that I wasn’t happy and wanted my money back for the box they sent without my permission, had an email back to say they didn’t want me to leave and offered 20% discount on next box but when I went to reply they had already taken another full payment without my permission and without the 20% discount they promised. I have now had to email them again requesting money back for the 2 boxes they sent without my permission. Seriously stay away from this company, they will do everything they can to get every last penny off you before they let you cancel

So, picture this: I decided to dive back into the world of surprise snacks from around the globe. I had a great run in 2023, but then—poof!—one of my boxes vanished like a magician’s rabbit. I chased after it, but it was nowhere to be found, so I gave up. Fast forward to November of this year—I thought, “Why not give it another shot?”

I signed up again, full of hope and dreams of sweet treats. They took my money on January 9, and I waited… and waited… and waited some more. Each week, I sent them a little love note, gently nudging them about my order status. Spoiler alert: it’s still “pending.” I mean, at this point, my snack box might be on a world tour without me!

As February rolls in, I can’t help but feel a mix of excitement and dread. I know they’ll take February’s payment just like last year, but I might not even get my snacks! It’s like waiting for a surprise party that never happens. And let’s not forget the delightful possibility that the postman might leave my box in some obscure corner of the universe, never to be seen again.

So, I’m left contemplating a trip to my bank to reclaim my funds—how's that for a plot twist? It’s sad because I genuinely enjoyed the experience, but it seems like these good surprises come with a side of frustration. Here’s hoping for a happy ending, or at least a snack box that actually arrives!
