Very disappointing snagging service. I booked this company for a snagging inspection on my new flat, and the experience was frustrating. The inspector was in and out in under 40 minutes, which felt inadequate for the property size. He overlooked major issues, including significant flooring problems and a heating fault, which were later discovered in a second inspection by another service. I had to point out several issues myself, which seemed to annoy him, an unacceptable response to a service meant to cover such details. The overall approach seemed more favorable to the builder than to me as a homeowner, offering minimal reassurance. For instance, when I mentioned an uneven bathroom door, he attempted to fix it instead of documenting it, which felt highly unprofessional. This poor service led me to pay for a second inspection, which was thorough and professional, catching many issues that the first inspector missed. My advice: steer clear of this company. You might end up paying twice and should choose a service that truly advocates for you.
