The inspector was in and out in under 40 minutes, which was inadequate for the property size. Major issues were missed, including significant flooring defects and a faulty heating system, both discovered later during a second inspection by another service. I had to point out several issues myself, which seemed to irritate the inspector, an unacceptable response. The overall approach felt more aligned with the builder’s interests than my own as a homeowner, providing minimal reassurance. For example, when I mentioned the uneven bathroom sliding door, he attempted to fix it instead of documenting it, which was highly unprofessional. Due to this poor service, I had to pay for a second inspection, which was thorough and professional, catching several issues overlooked by the first inspector. My recommendation: avoid this service at all costs. You may end up paying twice. Choose a service that advocates for you, not the builder.
