Very poor snagging service. I booked this service for snagging my new flat, and the experience was disappointing. The inspector was in and out in under 40 minutes, which was inadequate for the property size. Major issues were missed, including significant flooring defects and a faulty heating system, both discovered later during a second inspection by another service. I had to point out several issues myself, which seemed to irritate the inspector, an unacceptable response. The overall approach felt more aligned with the builder’s interests than my own as a homeowner, providing minimal reassurance. For example, when I mentioned the uneven bathroom sliding door, he attempted to fix it instead of documenting it, which was highly unprofessional. Due to this poor service, I had to pay for a second inspection, which was thorough and professional, catching several issues overlooked by the first inspector. My recommendation: avoid this service at all costs. You may end up paying twice. Choose a service that advocates for you, not the builder.
