As first time buyers, purchasing our home was completely new, daunting and neither of us work in the industry so our knowledge was extremely minimal! From initially booking the appointment, to the visits, advice, care and attention, the service we received was amazing. Polite, attentive and couldn't have done anything more for us. Our snagger must have spent 10-12 hours during two visits, which was only because our move in was pushed back and he was willing to visit after we'd moved in. This enabled all of the additional snags which couldn't have been picked up on previously (e.g on the first visit, the carpets weren't fitted). The fire separation, fire doors and insulation checks were all items we knew nothing about, were unable to check ourselves and gave us ultimate piece of mind. A total of 114 snags, mainly decoration, but also issues relating to fire regulations (gap in doors) and also NHBC regulation comments (ventilation not correctly installed) were included and passed on to the house builder. The report received was comprehensive (30 pages) and professional, with images of every issue, an explanation (easy enough for us to understand as well) together with columns for reporting & completion dates. I whole heartedly recommend this company to anyone and everyone who purchases a new build home. It was well worth paying for to not only get our house looking perfect but also to ensure those aspects we can't see nor check, were in order.
