It's more a 4,5 than a 4. Nothing to say about the service, the tights, the clothes, everything is almost perfect. I have tights from them since 2021 I think, never had to throw any of them. Colours are amazing. The bras are comfortable. The dresses are really beautiful. The cardigan are nice, but maybe they get damaged easily if you have pets.
The only problem might be the recent change of delivery service, since it's Hermes and colis privé, it's awful to actually get the parcels at home and I'm just hoping that one day we could choose the delivery company.
