I discovered snag tights this Winter for the first time. I have serious sun damage in my legs so I HAVE TO COVER MY LEGS at all times. I am delighted with the fit, the colours and the standard …. I am now a very voluble snaggler telling EVERYONE about them … I am 72 in July and I am a very trendy dresser so they are perfect 👌🏻🌹
As with Snag tights, the Snag bras are really comfortable - no digging or anything. And yet full support! I'm reluctant to wear any other brands anymore. Highly recommended as the most comfortable bra ever.
Organic cotton bras are ineffective in terms of shape, structure and sizing. I ordered cup size 4 in both Full and Grand because as an H cup in normal sizing, I was on the borderline. One look at the Full bra told me it would not be big enough to cover my breasts. The Grande size only just covered them, but only when I stood still - any movement and I’m displaying way too much flesh. I can achieve more shape and equal support by wearing a T-shirt and twisting and tying it in a knot between my breasts. Only fit for wearing to bed - they are soft and comfortable.
I've made many purchases from this site, but I'm extremely sick of the delivery issues to the Netherlands. They say delivery will be 3 days after dispatch, but that's consistently not accurate. I've suggested perhaps they should change their website info or the courier, but they've done neither. Really annoying and deceptive from a business that bills itself on being ethical. Also just seems quite disrespectful to European customers. They have no problem asking their customers for help when they need it: how about doing right by your customers and fixing your delivery issues? Landmark has horrible ratings and is obviously a very poor carrier.
The clothing is generally good once you get it, but the shipping is truly a disgrace.
My partner purchased some bras from this company knowing that the quality was assured BUT was unaware that the company has a totally unresponsive customer service...service being used loosely. The order was placed on the 12th of Jan and had heard nothing from their courier tracking system which was showing "We are expecting your parcel" which presumably meant the were still waiting on the item from the company. On the 22nd you sent an urgent request to the "Customer services" at Snag...but still heard nothing!!! So today a email was sent to them once again expressing disgust with their lack of lack of response and the long delay in dispatching goods to their courier...also alerting them as to a negative Trustpilot review was on its way... I will await a response..If ANY !!
I ordered two items during a promotional offer but was charged twice for the transaction. I had to reach out through multiple platforms to get any response, waiting days for each reply. After sending around 20 messages, I was informed that the issue was with the payment service, which claimed this happens frequently. After two weeks without receiving the items, I faced more hassle, only to learn that the courier had lost the parcel, and they confirmed it hadn't even been dispatched. I tried contacting them through their social media, but my comments were deleted as they weren't positive. It makes me question how many other comments are removed. In the end, the company held onto £60 of my money for a month (still waiting for a refund) and I received no items. The customer support was unhelpful, blaming others instead of taking responsibility. It's disappointing, as I recall a time when they genuinely cared about their customers.
I wouldn't recommend this service. My mother suggested I try them, praising their products, so I bought two pairs of footless tights. Unfortunately, both pairs snagged on the first wear, which was quite disappointing. I contacted the support team, and they were initially helpful, offering me a voucher or a refund. I chose the refund, and I received a notification that it was processed. However, over a week and a half later, the amount is still showing as due on my payment plan. I reached out to the support team last Monday and didn't hear back by Friday, so I followed up with another message, thinking five days was a reasonable wait time. I received a rather curt response stating it had been processed and advising me not to email them again, despite only sending two messages five days apart. I provided proof that the amount is still on my payment plan, but I haven't received any further responses. I'm giving up on this, and I definitely won't recommend them to anyone.
Placed an order following their Black Friday event on 29 November and the items have still not yet been dispatched. When I reached out to find out when I can expect them I have been fobbed off with "it's the festive period we are busy and we can't tell you when you will get them. When pushed the response from someone apparently in their management team was "well you can cancel". And at no point did they even ask for my specific details. When they have checked my order, they keep saying "well you selected economy delivery" when they haven't even left their warehouse.Interesting that on all their social posts there is no mention of anyone being less than thrilled with the company - PR must work overtime deleting comments. Snag Tights are not an inexpensive item, and maybe rather than becoming a whole clothing brand they should concentrate on delivering items.
Usually very good, no more than a week between ordering and delivery.This time, its been over 10 days since i ordered and the items are still in warehouse apparently 'being prepared for shipment'. No sign of when they will despatched. Starting to worry they have forgotten my order, which is so disappointing as up until now they have been so good and the tights are great.
Unfortunately I didn't want to have to leave this review as I do love the snag products. I ordered some beautiful tights on the 28th of November ready for my Xmas party on the 13th. It states on the website usually dispatched within 2 days and can take up to 5 days from then. My tights have not even been dispatched yet (10th today). Customer service as others have noted just copy and paste, no help or wriggle room. Only tights but after my experience felt I needed to say.
