I wouldn't recommend this service. My mother suggested I try them, praising their products, so I bought two pairs of footless tights. Unfortunately, both pairs snagged on the first wear, which was quite disappointing. I contacted the support team, and they were initially helpful, offering me a voucher or a refund. I chose the refund, and I received a notification that it was processed. However, over a week and a half later, the amount is still showing as due on my payment plan. I reached out to the support team last Monday and didn't hear back by Friday, so I followed up with another message, thinking five days was a reasonable wait time. I received a rather curt response stating it had been processed and advising me not to email them again, despite only sending two messages five days apart. I provided proof that the amount is still on my payment plan, but I haven't received any further responses. I'm giving up on this, and I definitely won't recommend them to anyone.
