Placed order Jan 12 but have not received it. Messaged snag, but even though I had a reply a few days later , when I responded to that message 10 min later , it took two days for a reply . I have now had five emails from 3 different people and still no resolution regarding my order . Have been offered a replacement or refund and am still awaiting confirmation what they are doing . No way to contact other than one email . Very poor customer service ! Surely if a case is opened it should be dealt by that same person for continuity.
