Terrible customer service. Item came in poor conditions and when attempting to return the item, their automated service keeps on insisting to just give you credit instead of a full refund. In order to get a full refund, you have to send it back and they do not provide a shipping label (they claim this is part of their policy but they don't reveal this to you until you get to this point). During this time, responses came once a day if I was lucky even though I responded within minutes of receiving the emails. Upon further investigations, the prices of the item were also way overpriced. Avoid this company if you can.
