WARNING: Unprofessional Business Practices – Legal Action Initiated (Order 03773540)I am writing this to warn other business owners and consumers: Do not buy from Snapbuy.I purchased a Proscenic Q20 Plus for my company, Rejoice Styling. After the device arrived defective, I returned it immediately. It was officially delivered back to their warehouse on March 12th. Since then, Snapbuy has been illegally holding my funds (€399.90).Despite multiple attempts to resolve this via "Support" (Muhammad), they refuse to issue a refund, claiming they are "waiting for the manufacturer." Under European Law, the seller is responsible, not the manufacturer. They have exceeded every reasonable timeframe for a solution.Current Status:•As of Monday, March 30th, I am initiating formal legal proceedings:•A Registered Legal Notice (Einschreiben Einwurf) is being sent to their headquarters in Grünwald.•A formal Court-Ordered Payment Reminder (Mahnverfahren) is being filed with the Amtsgericht München.I am claiming the €40.00 late payment penalty (pursuant to § 288 para. 5 BGB) plus statutory interest and all court fees.If you value your money and your time, stay away from this company. They ignore legal deadlines and hold customer money hostage.

I'm waiting for my vacuum to be delivered. I would like to receive an email telling me when it is coming. The 16th is the date you took my money not the date I ordered. This is an anniversary present and I would like to know when I can give it.

AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Bought a honiture vacuum and after a month the hose split so no suction. Emailed snapbuy who said they'd contact the manufacturer. 6 weeks later and numerous unanswered emails I still have no working vacuum and £179 down. Wish id read the reviews on this company before buying anything. AVOID.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Item came in poor conditions and when attempting to return the item, their automated service keeps on insisting to just give you credit instead of a full refund. In order to get a full refund, you have to send it back and they do not provide a shipping label (they claim this is part of their policy but they don't reveal this to you until you get to this point). During this time, responses came once a day if I was lucky even though I responded within minutes of receiving the emails. Upon further investigations, the prices of the item were also way overpriced. Avoid this company if you can.

I purchased the Honiture X7 vacuum…

I purchased the Honiture X7 vacuum cleaner from Snapbuy UK a year ago, and while the vacuum itself has been great, the charger nearly caused a fire and put myself and those around me in serious danger. After using the charger, I noticed it was overheating, and I could smell burning. It was a terrifying experience that could have resulted in a major fire.When I reached out to both Snapbuy and Honiture, I was shocked by their refusal to provide a replacement charger under warranty. To make matters worse, I was told that you can't purchase a replacement charger anywhere, as confirmed by two electricians I consulted.It's incredibly disappointing that these companies don't take responsibility for faulty, potentially dangerous products. I'm still waiting to see if they'll honor their warranty and replace the charger, but at this point, I wouldn’t recommend anyone buy from either Snapbuy or Honiture. I can’t trust these companies with my safety, and I’d advise others to steer clear.

Parts are missing when received. Won't charge, complete waste of money. waiting see if I can send it back, and get my money back. Not to sure either of those will happen. We'll see.
