I recently purchased a robo vacuum from Snapbuy UK thinking it was a good deal. However, when it arrived I realised that the product was cheap and unlikely to last. Having not fully unpacked it, I immediately returned the device (which I had to pay for). Even though I should have been entitled to a full refund I have not received this. I have send multiple messages to the company requesting a response or update and have had no luck. Only once did they advise me that the refund would take c 2 weeks to process. It is now nearly 4 weeks since I returned the product and still no word or communication. In addition, their contact number on their website doesn’t work. Would advise anyone thinking of buying anything off this website to avoid it at all costs. Terrible products and terrible customer service!!!
