After repeated refusals, they finally offered a full refund—still with the condition that I retain the malfunctioning item.This experience felt more like a deliberate stall tactic than genuine customer service. Legitimate companies take responsibility for defective products. Scammers slow-roll and hope customers give up. I reported the transaction to my bank and won’t be doing business with SnapBuy again.Buyer beware: I strongly suspect SnapBuy resells returned, defective items as “new.” Proceed with caution if you’re considering a purchase.
