i ordered a hoover through the company over two months ago. i never received the item . i’ve sent over 15 emails and had no response. the telephone number on the website does not exist.i was finally contacted last week and told they had issued a refund and would be in my bank between 1-5 days. suprise suprise still no refund 6 days later worst company and customer service i’ve ever come across and im £189 out of pocket . now raising dispute through the bank .
